About the event
We come together in church and at Wickersley War Memorial to remember before God all those who have given their lives in the service of our country, and all those whose lives have been forever changed by war and conflict. As we gather, we pause to remember with gratitude and sorrow, to honour those who have sacrificed so much, and to pray for all who continue to live with the effects of conflict.
An Act of Remembrance will be included in all our services, giving us an opportunity to reflect, remember and pray for peace.
